Are prizes awarded during the Coastal Song Children’s Festival?
The Coastal Song Children’s Choir Festival is a non-competitive event, based on the idea of bringing people together to share in friendship and harmony.

If accepted, what expenses are involved for choirs?
Tour Inclusions are listed in this website. Please contact GMT for your customized tour pricing. Two meals per day are included as are the hotel accommodations, festival performances, included sightseeing. Transportation is not included (by air or by motorcoach) but GMT can assist in making these arrangements. Other examples of items not included are baggage fees, laundry, souvenirs, additional snacks & meals, gratuities to bus drivers & travel directors.

What transportation arrangements are included for me during the Choral Festival?
Transportation is not included (by air or by motorcoach) but GMT can assist in making these arrangements. To assist in keeping the costs down, GMT can help arrange sharing motorcoaches among multiple choirs.

If accepted, how many concerts can we expect to perform?
All choirs will perform one 20-minute concert individually, as well as take part in 2 festival concerts. The final Festival Performance will be in the New York Avenue Presbyterian Church. In addition to the performances, each choir will have a one on one clinic with both Robyn Lana and Josh Pedde.

Does the Coastal Song Children's Choir Festival arrange other concerts during our time in the Washington DC?
The CSCCF can sometimes establish a limited number of concerts for a choir either before or after Festival week. These arrangements depend on the availability of venues, as well as the timing, costs and distance involved. Such concerts are established on a case-by-case basis, and interested choirs are encouraged to express their interest in such outreach as far in advance of the Festival as possible.

What will be our schedule during the week of the Choral Festival?
The most current festival and concert schedule is always available in this website. Your tour leader will be given updated information regarding your schedule prior to your arrival. Final itinerary will be confirmed 30 days prior to the festival.

Are there any concerts on Sunday?
We plan on having our festival concert on this, our final full day. It may be possible for choirs to make prior arrangements to sing as part of a church service before returning home.
